The software testing services industry is moving quickly towards digital and agile\/DevOps, with testing vendors adopting automated intelligence (AI) with the intent of using natural language processing and machine language technologies to automate quality assurance (QA). The range of AI use cases is gradually expanding from analytics-based services to test automation, complementing and sometimes replacing existing test automation COTS.<\/p>\r\n
