Gotcha! Mobi (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your information when you visit our website https://gotchamobi.com, use our services, and connect third-party accounts (including Google accounts) to our platform.

1. Information We Collect

   We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

   • Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, business name, billing information, or other details you provide when you contact us, register for an account, or sign up for services.
   • Usage Data: Information about your interactions with our website and platform, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URLs, and pages visited.
   • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tools to enhance user experience and measure performance. See our Cookie Policy for details.
   • Third-Party Account Data: When you connect a third-party account (such as Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager) to gotcha! Mobi, we access data from that account via authorized APIs as described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

   We use the information we collect to:

   • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our website, platform, and services.
   • Deliver the specific features you have requested, including diagnostics, reporting, AI-driven insights, and authorized changes to your connected accounts.
   • Respond to inquiries and customer support requests.
   • Send newsletters, product updates, or marketing communications, where you have opted in.
   • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, property, and users.

3. Google API Services and Google User Data

   When you connect your Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager accounts to gotcha! Mobi, our application accesses certain Google user data via Google’s authorized APIs in order to deliver the services you have requested.

   Scopes and data we access. Depending on which integrations you authorize, we may access:

   • Google Ads — campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, audience, and performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, quality scores) for the accounts you connect.
   • Google Search Console — site properties, search performance data (queries, pages, impressions, clicks, CTR, position), index coverage, and sitemap data.
   • Google Analytics — property and view configuration, traffic, audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversion reports for the properties you connect.
   • Google Tag Manager — container, tag, trigger, variable, and version configuration for the containers you connect.

   How we use Google user data. We use this data solely to:

   • Display your performance metrics inside the gotcha! Mobi platform.
   • Generate diagnostics, recommendations, reports, and AI-driven insights that help you improve marketing performance.
   • Make changes to your connected accounts (such as campaigns, tags, or container configurations) that you have explicitly authorized.

   How we do NOT use Google user data. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to serve advertising, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third-party data brokers, information resellers, or advertising platforms. We do not use Google user data to train, develop, or improve generalized or third-party AI/ML models. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

   Limited Use disclosure. gotcha! Mobi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. g!Bridge Chrome Extension

   gotcha! Mobi publishes g!Bridge, a Chrome extension that acts as the browser-side companion to the gotcha! platform. This section describes what g!Bridge collects and how it uses that data. It applies in addition to the terms above; the Limited Use, retention, deletion, and security terms in the sections below govern g!Bridge data on the same basis as any other data described in this policy.

   What g!Bridge collects.

   • Pairing token. When you enter a 4-digit pairing code from your gotcha! administrator, g!Bridge exchanges it for a device-scoped authentication token issued by gotcha! Mobi. The token is stored on your device in Chrome’s local extension storage and is used to authenticate your requests to the gotcha! platform.
   • Device metadata. A locally-generated install ID (random UUID), the extension version, and the Chrome version. Sent once at pair time so we can support you and enforce version compatibility.
   • Meeting audio. Only when you press Record in the extension, g!Bridge captures audio from your device’s microphone and streams it in short chunks to your gotcha! account’s private storage bucket (Amazon Web Services S3, US region). Recording stops when you press Stop or when the browser tab is closed. Meeting recordings are visible only to you and your gotcha! administrators, and can be played back, downloaded, or deleted from the gotcha! web app.
   • Meeting metadata. The title and URL of the browser tab you are recording, so the resulting recording is labeled with the meeting name and platform. g!Bridge does not read the contents of any tab — only its title and URL, only for the tab you are recording.
   • Gia conversation messages. Messages you type into the Gia AI assistant tab.

   How g!Bridge uses that data.

   • Pairing token and device metadata authenticate your device and enable your gotcha! administrator to invalidate access if the device is lost or the account is closed.
   • Meeting audio and metadata are stored under your gotcha! account for playback, download, transcription, and deletion by you or your gotcha! administrator.
   • Gia messages are forwarded from gotcha! Mobi to whichever AI provider your gotcha! administrator has activated (currently one of: OpenAI, Anthropic, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint the administrator has configured). The AI provider’s response is returned to you inside the extension. We do not use your Gia messages, meeting audio, or meeting metadata to train any AI or machine-learning model, our own or a third party’s.

   What g!Bridge does NOT collect.

   • Browsing history, page content, form inputs, or clicks on any web page other than the microphone audio captured during a recording session you started.
   • Data from browser tabs other than the tab you are actively looking at when you press Record.
   • Location, health, financial, or biometric data.
   • Personal information beyond what your gotcha! administrator entered when they created your account (name and email).

   Chrome extension permissions. For the reason each Chrome permission is declared, see the manifest justifications published alongside g!Bridge in the Chrome Web Store. The permissions g!Bridge requests are limited to what powers the features above and are auditable at any time from chrome://extensions.

   Your controls specific to g!Bridge.

   • Stop a recording at any time from the extension’s Record panel.
   • Delete a recording from the gotcha! web app; audio and metadata are removed from active storage on the schedule described in the Data Retention and Deletion section below.
   • Delete a Gia conversation by contacting privacy@gotchamobi.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
   • Unpair a device by clicking the sign-out icon in the extension header, or by uninstalling the extension from chrome://extensions; both remove all locally-stored data from that device.
   • Revoke a device server-side by asking your gotcha! administrator to deactivate your account or paired user record. Deactivation invalidates the pairing token on that device on its next request, regardless of the token’s remaining lifetime on disk.

5. Sharing Your Information

   We may share your information with:

   • Service Providers and Subprocessors: Third-party vendors that assist with website functionality, cloud hosting, database services, analytics, AI inference, and customer support, acting on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
   • Legal Requirements: Authorities when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of gotcha! Mobi, our users, or others.
   • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

   We do not sell your personal information or Google user data to any third party.

6. Your Choices and Rights

   • Access and Correction: You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us.
   • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or adjust cookie settings via our Cookie Policy.
   • Disconnect Integrations: You may disconnect any Google integration at any time inside the gotcha! Mobi platform, or revoke our access directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
   • Do Not Track: Our website responds to browser “Do Not Track” signals where applicable.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

   We retain personal information and Google user data for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

   Active account data (including connected Google account tokens, cached Google Ads / Google Search Console / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager data, and derived reports) is retained for as long as your account is active and the integration remains connected.
   Cached Google API data is refreshed on a rolling basis and is not retained longer than necessary to provide the service or longer than permitted by Google’s cache header policies.

   Account closure or disconnection. When you disconnect a Google integration or close your gotcha! Mobi account, we delete the associated Google user data from our active systems within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing, tax, or legal hold obligations).

   Backups. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backup systems for up to ninety (90) additional days before being overwritten in the normal backup rotation.

   Deletion on request. You may request deletion of your personal information or Google user data at any time by:

   • Revoking gotcha! Mobi’s access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and/or
   • Disconnecting the integration inside the gotcha! Mobi platform, and/or
   • Emailing us at privacy@gotchamobi.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

   We will confirm receipt within five (5) business days and complete deletion from active systems within thirty (30) days, with backup expiration as described above. When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it.

8. Security of Your Information

   We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication safeguards, and ongoing monitoring of our systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

   Our website and platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies directly.

10. Children’s Privacy

    Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

11. International Users

    If you are accessing our website or services from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. By using our services, you consent to such transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where required by law we will notify you and obtain your consent before applying the changes to previously collected data.
