Alex Bard Chief Executive Officer
Alex Bard is CEO of Campaign Monitor, simple and elegant email marketing software for business. He is a career entrepreneur with a passion for building companies that help businesses grow.
Alex previously served as the executive vice president and general manager of Salesforce Service Cloud, having joined Salesforce via acquisition of Assistly, the customer service company he led. Alex has been a founder of four cloud software companies, including eShare Technologies, eAssist Global Solutions, Goowy Media and Assistly.
His leadership has been recognized by Forbes, who named him a Rising Star, and he has also been named to Business Insider’s list of 15 Enterprise Tech Rock Stars. Alex lends his entrepreneurial expertise as an advisor to companies including Get Around, Zen Payroll, Stitch Labs, True Ventures, Social Leverage, Bullpen and others. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Stony Brook University.
Craig Shull Chief Operating Officer
Craig Shull leads all operational functions at Campaign Monitor as COO. He brings more than 15 years of experience helping companies transform their operations and deliver new products.
Craig joined Campaign Monitor from Salesforce, where he served as senior vice president of strategy and operations. At Salesforce, Craig introduced a global deal support function and introduced new products and services.
Prior to Salesforce, Craig held management positions at Oracle, Sapient and was part of the founding team of iRobot. He holds an MBA and a Masters of Supply chain management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Denise Lyle Vice President, Employee Success
Denise Lyle is the VP of people at Campaign Monitor--a best place to work according to Fortune and BRW. Denise brings her passion for creating a world class employee experience to her role, leading the company’s talent function globally.
Denise joins Campaign Monitor from App Annie, where she championed global people programs. Prior to App Annie, Denise built and scaled people programs at Lattice Engines, Insperity and University of San Francisco.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from University of Washington, and a certificate in human resource management from the University of California, Berkeley.
Michael Walton Chief Product Officer
Michael Walton leads product strategy, development and delivery at Campaign Monitor as Chief Product Officer. Michael has spent more than 15 years focused on creating products that customers love.
Michael joined Campaign Monitor in 2015 from Simply Measured, where he led the company’s product and marketing strategy and operations. Prior to Simply Measured, Michael was a founding member of Off & Away, which was acquired by Lockerz in 2013. Michael has also held leadership positions at Amazon.com, Jott Networks, and Nuance Communications.
Michael holds an M.B.A. in Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University, and a B.S. in computer science from North Carolina State University.
Herry Wiputra Chief Technology Officer
Herry Wiputra oversees Campaign Monitor’s technology platform as chief technology officer. With more than 20 years’ experience in IT management, Herry is responsible for maximizing the value Campaign Monitor customers get from its data and technology.
Before Campaign Monitor, Herry was the head of technology at REA Group where he designed and delivered a system of work that enabled the business to scale in the future. Herry has held IT management positions at realestate.com.au, Aconex, SGI and Adacel.
Herry holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering software with honors from University of Melbourne.
Dave Lehman Chief Revenue Officer
Dave Lehman, Chief Revenue Officer at Campaign Monitor, has spent more than 15 years helping companies become customer heroes. In his role, Dave leads sales management, direct sales and technical sales support experience.
Dave joins Campaign Monitor from Captora where he was responsible for sales and customer success. Previously, Dave lead the top commercial business unit area at Salesforce and brought the company’s culture to Chicago by opening Salesforce’s Chicago office, adding 400 people in two years. Prior to Salesforce, Dave held various management positions at was VP PureSense and Autonomy.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Andrea Wildt Chief Marketing Officer
Andrea Wildt, Interim chief marketing officer and senior vice president of marketing operations and demand generation, has developed and led growth strategies as a marketing technologist for more than 15 years, primarily in the enterprise software industry. Andrea champions global marketing at Campaign Monitor and is responsible for all revenue generating marketing initiatives.
Previously, Andrea led a marketing technology consultancy for nearly a decade. In prior years, she founded marketing campaign performance metrics company, Full Circle Insights, and led product and marketing. Andrea joined the Full Circle Insights founding team from Salesforce, where she held management positions in marketing and product management.
She holds an MBA from Texas A&M University, as well as a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute.
