Before signing clients up for demo calls it is essential to qualify current clients and leads. We ask that you do this by understanding their budget, current strategies, and what results they are ultimately looking for to ensure they align with our offering.
After qualifying a lead it is time for the demo call. You will schedule demo calls in our dashboard and complete the client intake form based on the information gathered while qualifying. This information will be used during the demo call to help our sales team learn more about the client.
Just like going fishing… you bait the hook and we’ll reel it in! During the demo call, we ask that you give a short introduction for your client and quickly explain the nature of your relationship. After introductions, our team will go over the intake answers and use the time to learn more about the client. We will also discuss pricing and demo our products with the client. After answering any questions they may have we will reschedule the proposal call where we will review our recommendations.
During our proposal call, we go over the products or services we recommend for them, the results they should expect, and what that will cost.
Once you get the final word on what the client wants from the proposal it is then time to create a work order and have the client sign the licensing agreement. This helps us track onboarding & invoicing while managing our relationship.
After reviewing the work order and the agreement it is time for the payment. We will never invoice your client directly and expect you to collect payment from the client. We require all payments up front for products and 50% down for website development. Once the invoice to gotcha! has been paid onboarding begins.
Our onboarding process is roughly three weeks long. It begins with an onboarding call where we will run through all onboarding questions and gain access to the assets we need such as WordPress access, GBP access, Google Analytics, and more. Once we have our call, it takes roughly 2 weeks more to activate and launch.
Once the client is onboarded and products are activated or web development has started, your job as the partner is to ensure the client is happy with results by checking on them monthly and relaying any and all feedback, inquiries, or questions to our gotcha! team.
